One number is traced to a person in Washington, D.C., while the other dates back twenty years as the number of the Dallas Police Dept. The patrolmen have unwittingly uncovered a conspiracy surrounding the assassination of John F. Kennedy. They race against time and an unknown enemy, fighting to stay alive to expose those involved in the assassination.
